"Switched from Chuck Montgomery to Stefanie Wooten years ago because they canceled one of my discounts without so much as a voicemail. I don't understand the point of having individual agents like State Farm does if there isn't someone at the office making sure insurance changes are communicated to their customers. Also, I recently saved over $100/month switching from State Farm to GEICO. I was with State Farm for about 10 years. Don't make my mistake- shop around for auto insurance every 5 years or so to make sure you're not paying more than you need to."

"I am not delighted to leave this negative review, but this was my experience and I've tried to communicate amicably. After being with USAA for 27 years, I decided to look for new car insurance as their rates were increasing quite a bit. I contacted this location and was quoted what I thought was a great rate, so I changed insurance. The next month, my bill increased by over $400 and was told because an error that was their fault, they are making the changes. Fine, I went with that. The next bill went up over $900, so from $295 to over $900 in 2 months was definitely unexpected and a click bait in my opinion. This time, I was told the Drive Safe discount fell out because I didn't enroll. I was told from the beginning of alll of my discounts and this was optional and could save an additional amount IF I enrolled. Of course, everyone switch things around when you are frustrated about a $700 increase in 2 months. I asked to speak with someone in billing. Never happened. They will tell you that they will contact them on your behalf, as if I can't speak for myself. I've never heard of an insurance that you can't speak to billing. I then cancelled effective 06/16. I asked for the proof and cancellation and a document that shows this, but as of today, I still haven't received it any adjustments to the account. This is the worst experience I've ever had with an insurance and wish that I would have stayed in the military insurance as the private sector is definitely not worth the deception and headache. Hopefully, the next person will have a better experience."
