"Got me at a decent price to start but it increased twice mid policy $179/$229 now $254. No accidents nor tickets in the midst of it either lol smh. Requested auto pay over the phone and it was never set up even though they already have my card on file; Causing my account to go past due without any notification. Even though my app showed my bill as current. Never received a call nor letter about the past due almost causing my policy to go into collections. Towards end of my policy received no follow up call to go over any changes if there were any with my renewal. Horrible service overall and state farm doesn't even offer gap coverage anymore so i'm truly doing myself a diservice even staying with them. Will be taking my business elsewhere for sure."
