Chuck's Background: I am originally from Delaware County, Pennsylvania (Delco), but relocated to Newark, Delaware, in 1998. Shortly after, I opened my own State Farm agency in Middletown, DE.

I love the Middletown community and our small town feel. It seems that everyday Middletown changes a little. It is definitely an exciting time to be a part of this community. I am an avid supporter of the Middletown Little League Baseball and some local charities. My family and I have a Basset Hound named Cooper who occasionally accompanies me into the office.
